II. Complaint Notice Procedures for Copyright Owners

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

  4. Contact information of the complaining party, including an address, telephone number, and an active email address.
  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

III. Notice and Takedown Procedure

FriedAPK expects all contributors and users to comply with international copyright laws. Upon receipt of a valid, fully completed DMCA notice as outlined above, FriedAPK will respond expeditiously by removing or disabling access to the infringing material.

IV. Repeat Infringers

Under appropriate circumstances, FriedAPK may, in its sole discretion, terminate the accounts or restrict access of users or contributors who are repeat infringers of intellectual property.
